Can I set up an event before paying?

Yes. Build the event and customize the QR Studio first. Guest uploads unlock after you choose a paid plan; the public demo shows the complete guest flow.

Is 150 attendees a hard cutoff?

No. It is a planning guide because guests do not need accounts. The Event Pass hard allowance is 2,500 photo or video uploads; Large Event includes 10,000.

When should I choose Large Event?

Choose it for conferences, company events, and celebrations with roughly 151–1,000 attendees, or whenever you expect more than 2,500 uploads.

When should I choose Organizer?

One Event Pass is $49 and two are $98. Organizer is $99 per month for three standard events, so it becomes the better value at the third active event. Any included event can be raised to large-event capacity for $100.

Can I cancel Organizer?

Yes. Organizer is managed through Stripe’s secure billing portal and can be cancelled at any time.
