Simple terms for shared moments.

Hosts are responsible for their event, invited guests, moderation choices, and permission to collect shared media. Guests retain ownership of the media they contribute.

Acceptable use

Do not use Candidrop for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or non-consensual content. Platform administrators may disable abusive events.

Retention and deletion

Hosts decide how long an event’s media is kept and may delete an event at any time. A deleted event stays recoverable by its owner for 30 days unless the host chooses immediate permanent deletion; once that period ends the media and its records are erased and cannot be restored. Hosts are responsible for honouring deletion requests from their own guests.

Service limits

Upload, storage, and feature limits follow the event’s selected plan. A full production agreement and payment terms should be reviewed before commercial launch.
